With Juan Ruiz Naupari
Atiśa Dipamkara Srigñana (982-1054) was one of the first masters of the new Sarma tradition in Tibetan Buddhism.
He went to Tibet to help in the restoration of Buddhism. His arrival marked the beginning of a new period in the history of this tradition.
One of his most outstanding works is A Lamp on the Path to Enlightenment, from which the Lam Rim tradition originated.
One of his most important legacies is the development of practices for the training of the mind (Lojong), as well as the importance of the concept and practice of bodhicitta in Tibetan Buddhism, which was then implemented in the four schools: Gelug, Nyingma, Kagyu y Sakya.
His magnificent work Advice from Atisha’s Heart is one of the jewels of Kadampa Buddhism, a concrete, practical teaching for everyday life, targeted to those who wish to advance on the path to enlightenment. Pneuma’s transpersonal vision offers the analysis of this unmissable work, so that you can practice it and integrate it in your day to day.
Advice from Atisha’s Heart was given at Gaden Shartse Monastery in India in 2017. Now you have the opportunity to listen to the broadcasted lectures of this course.
